Most of our copiers are leased between $100-$500 a month. Generally, our certified refurbished copiers will be leased at a lower rate but perform as good as a new copier. If you are looking to save money, we suggest going this route.
We mainly lease in the greater Houston and surrounding areas and do not charge for delivery or pick up of our copiers and printers.
Yes, because we are a local Houston business, our techs can be out to your site the same day you report an issue. Also, we buy supplies like paper and toner at wholesale prices and our monthly service contract fee will be much cheaper than your business buying supplies separately.
Our refurbished copiers are certified by our technicians who have over 50 years of combined experience working on copiers. We also have guarantees on all refurbished copiers and printers so if the copier does not perform as promised, we will deliver another one free of charge.
Many other copier leasing companies make it very hard to cancel a lease. While we do have a cancellation fee to opt out of a lease early, we can work with you on a case by case basis.
