I just started my business. Can I still get a copier or printer?
Yes, we have been leasing copiers for over 30 years and lease to institutions, libraries, colleges, law offices, doctors, gas stations, etc across greater Houston and surrounding areas. We will work within your budget to find a copier or printer to meet your needs.
What information do I need to find the right copier for my needs?
Knowing your budget, if you will be printing black or color, print speed, and a ballpark number on how many monthly prints will go a long way in getting the right copier at the right price. We always work with your budget and do not have salespeople on staff who will try to up sell you into getting an overly expensive copier.
How much does it cost to lease a copier or printer?
Most of our copiers are leased between $100-$500 a month. Generally, our certified refurbished copiers will be leased at a lower rate but perform as good as a new copier. If you are looking to save money, we suggest going this route.
Do we charge for copier delivery?
We mainly lease in the greater Houston and surrounding areas and do not charge for delivery or pick up of our copiers and printers.
Should I add a service & supply contract to my copier lease or sale?
Yes, because we are a local Houston business, our techs can be out to your site the same day you report an issue. Also, we buy supplies like paper and toner at wholesale prices and our monthly service contract fee will be much cheaper than your business buying supplies separately.
How do I know my refurbished copier will perform like a new copier?
Our refurbished copiers are certified by our technicians who have over 50 years of combined experience working on copiers. We also have guarantees on all refurbished copiers and printers so if the copier does not perform as promised, we will deliver another one free of charge.
How do I get out of a copier lease?
Many other copier leasing companies make it very hard to cancel a lease. While we do have a cancellation fee to opt out of a lease early, we can work with you on a case by case basis.
